Emulating the '2facebook' model, this programme focuses on three areas;

2. Creative development (Teamwork and cohesion)

3. Community development (Giving back)

• 360° (To make a complete turnaround)

A select group from the 180' programme will further develop their skills and undergo career training.

​

 

• AYP (Advantaged Young People)

Those who successfully complete a 360' will be offered employment with Creative Change.

 

(A percentage of the profit will go back into training the next group.)
