• Registration: To use our services, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information.

• Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants. Any form of disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund.

• Parental Consent: For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
   

Payment and Fees

• Fees: All fees for our services are clearly stated on our website. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the classes.

• Refunds: As per our refund policy, we generally do not offer refunds for our services. Special cases may be considered subject to our terms and conditions. Please contact info@creative-change.co.uk for any refund inquiries.
   

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel a class, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All content provided in our classes, including but not limited to materials, videos, and images, is the intellectual property of Creative Change. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our explicit permission.
